Jumpsuits, rompers, overalls, all of these one piece wonders are making it big as “the” piece to have in your wardrobe this season. As a point of full disclosure, I was late to embrace this trend, due to the logistical fact that going to the loo is more challenging (and slightly gross if you’re in a public facility) when wearing a one piece. However, the beauty and shear ease of getting dressed with out having to tuck in a shirt or making sure an entire outfit matches ;is utterly delightful, it’s a one and done scenario. Scroll below and click on the photos to check out some of my must sees.

The key to making this trend work is to be sure the rise of the pant crotch hits high enough – other wise it can look like you’re wearing a diaper. Often the waist is intended to be bloused so the jumpsuit has shape, so make sure the waist actually hits at your true waist.

Have you tried a one piece wonder yet? Will you? Let me know what you think and if you have found any out there that are a must see!

I love the kimono type effect of the waist tie and the culottes style leg – it’s an on trend two for one!

Classic black with a ruched leg – no need to hem!

A shorts version with a built in necklace – just add sandals like these and you’re done!

This blue color is divine! Pop a blazer over it for work and take it off for cocktails.

Are you jumpin’ in and trying a jumpsuit this spring???
