The Coolest Evening Bags for a Night Out.

Evening bags. The last puzzle piece.
Evening bags are often a void in our clients wardrobes when we first meet with them.  At one point I wasn’t any different – btw, it’s Elana writing this week.  When I first started working with Hallie, (meaning, as a client “worked” – if you didn’t know I started as a client, you can read about it here.) Anyway, back then,  I didn’t have an evening bag to my name. I would either stuff my pockets with my belongings or call my Mother-In-Law (whom is a very good sharer) in a panic begging to borrow one of hers. Hallie called my void, “a hole in my wardrobe”.  The problem was I would concentrate so much on the perfect outfit for the occasion that I’d forget the last piece to the puzzle, which was the essential evening bag. But, Hallie put a stop to that. She taught me that little bag made a big impact. The puzzle can’t be complete without the last piece, right?

Designer Dress Days – My, Can’t-Miss, Annual Pilgrimage

Mark your calendars – for FRIDAY, OCTOBER 25, to attend Designer Dress Days – it’s totally worth a trip!

If you’re in the CLE area, like anywhere in the area, Shaker, Solon, Hudson, Bay, Akron, Mentor, Mansfield (you get the idea) you NEED to stop by the 50th annual Designer Dress Days event, in Beachwood, October 25-29. It’s my can’t miss, annual pilgrimage, and each year I find something (and sometimes two or three things) that I beyond adore and at a HUGE savings too.

I got a sneak at the warehouse and OMG

I just got a sneak peek of their OVERFLOWING warehouse and it is Ah-Maz-Ing! Furs, Designer Bags, Name Brand Dresses, Jackets, Suits, Vintage Finds and did I mention Fur?? And, the prices? Not. To. Be. Believed! Think St. John suits for @$100, Armani blazers for $75, a Louis Vuitton Speedy for $150 and delicious furs for hundreds NOT thousands of dollars. (Sorry PETA, but, I totally love me a fur coat!)

Last year, at DDD, I became the proud owner of a Judith Leiber clutch and found a NWT (new with tags) Tory Burch sweater that I wore to death all winter long and, my total bill was less than $200!

This is how it works…
