One of the super fun perks of being The Wardrobe Consultant is the discovery of new brands. I am blessed and fortunate that many brands reach out wanting to explore collaboration opportunities.
As I’ve stated here MANY times, I will not formally work with a brand unless I’ve personally tried and truly use/wear their product. I can not and will not endorse a product I don’t believe in.
So, I am starting a new series, Brands on my Radar. Basically, it’s a round-up of some of the items I’ve been recently gifted (with zero expectations to talk about or post) that I like and want to share with YOU!

The golf set has been on heavy rotation, even wearing the skirt on its own. The tennis dress was promptly adopted by my 20 year old daughter and she’s loving it!

Pistola has actually been in my closet for a few years. However, I naively just thought of them as a mid price, high quality denim brand (which they definitely are). However they have other clothing items as well. Like this adorable pinstripe vest!
That being said, their denim is pretty fantastic. These moderate barrel leg have been on my body at least 3 days a week lately. If you’ve been wanting to try the barrel leg style but some seem too extreme for you, these may be your answer. I sized up to 27 and love the fit.

I’ve been a fan of Phillip Lim for decades. But shame on me, they fell off my radar for a while. Happily, they reached out and I’m so glad to have top of mind awareness again.
Yes, their clothes are cool, architectural and minimalist yet impactful. However, it’s their bags that are wooing me. Very high quality at a fair price point. They look and feel more expensive than they are.

Lake makes classic pajamas that are both stylish and comfortable. I am kind of hooked. I have both their loungewear set and a pj’s set and both are divine!

Gabriel + Simone makes stylish, affordable reading glasses. They are designed in Brooklyn, NY and they are vibes for your eyes. You don’t have to spend $100+ to look cool.
I picked blue light glasses because now that I wear contacts, being on a screen for too long really affects my eyes. These frames are cool looking, lightweight and really help.

Frame is one of my tried and true brands. They make one of the most universally flattering tops, the Gillian, that so many of my clients and readers love. New this season in a pumpkin spice color. And their jeans are close to perfection.
I tried the LeJane and the fit is as iconic as they promise. A high waist, but one that doesn’t bind or cut, and a straight leg thigh down. However, they were very long (an easy fix for a 5’4” gal like me - I need to shorten almost everything) so I am waiting patiently for them to come back from the tailor. In the meantime, I tried le sleek straight which has a bit of stretch (hello comfort) and hits shorter.

I actually had this body serum on my counter for a month before I started using it… I typically use an oil, but I got a spray tan and the tech suggested not using oil to make the tan last.
When I started using UNI, I noticed it smelled delicious - kind of musky in a great way. I also noticed my tan lasted over 10 days.
