Why shop the Nordstrom Anniversary sale?

Truth be told the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale isn’t usually my go to. I’m not a huge fan of buying for Fall in mid July. It’s sorta like deciding what you want to eat for dinner when you haven’t even had breakfast yet. But my friends, this year Hallie and I took the time to hit the Nordstrom Anniversary sale, peruse, choose, and try on. And, boy oh boy, did I find some good stuff. So, good in fact that it created a little Fall capsule wardrobe (meaning just a few pieces with lots of outfit potential) and my Fall shopping just might be done. Hallie posted her finds a few days ago, and now it’s my turn…

My Nordstrom Anniversary picks.

Probably the most comfortable jeans I’ve ever had on my body. The pocket placement in the tush is pure perfection, and I use all the help I can get in that department.

Obsessed with this sweater. It’s a total two-for-one. The sleeves zip off so you can wear it however you want. One sleeve, two sleeves, or no sleeves. And if you need a little more shoulder, this top brings it on.

I plan on wearing the sweater above with this cute little side snap pant.There are multiple other ways to dress them up or down. And guess what…the snaps work all the way up the leg so you can show as much or as little skin as you want.

Pretty in pink. The double breasted detail is on trend, but the blazer is classic. It comes in a few other colors too, but my wardrobe benefited from this pretty pink. Hallie and I might share custody of it. We’re both in love.

A total wardrobe staple and a can’t resist cozy cardi.

 This has WAY more appeal in real life. It runs big, so size down.

 Love me a graphic T. Couldn’t resist this one. It has a great neck line and looks great under a blazer, or cardigan or on it’s own.

These come in black and red. If red ain’t yo’ thing try the black ones. They are comfortable and under $70. You sorta can’t go wrong.

I’ve been looking for a comfortable sneaker to wear with white jeans and these hit the mark. These are both comfortable and cool looking and flying off the shelf. So, run for these. Don’t walk.
