The “IT” Shoe for Spring: The Floss Heel
The New “IT” Shoe you need to know about.
It’s our job to seek out and let you know about what the new “it” pieces are each season. And the floss heel is where it’s at. We don’t encourage clients or readers (or even each other) to be trendy per se, but staying current and not looking outdated, that’s something we can get behind.
Adding a few key pieces, like a floss heel, can really make your old things feel fresh and new. And that’s how we like to roll.
This season the floss heel is the one shoe we keep seeing that is really wearable and has that ability to update and transform your old clothes into fresh new outfits.
What are Floss Heels Anyway??
The floss heel is basically a strappy sandal that while not naked on your foot elongates your legs. The straps are thin, like floss, get it?!? They have kind of a 90’s vibe in a very 2019 kinda way.
Don’t let the name scare you away from it. The heel of the floss heel can be super high or more of a kitten heel. And the nudist quality of the straps lengthen everybody’s legs – and who doesn’t want that?
Hallie’s been wearing the bejeebers out of the pair above. Sadly, they’re sold out but we’ve found a bunch of floss heels that are amazeballs! These floss heels range in price from $89 – $900 and in heel height so there’s something for everyone! Check em’ out…
Floss Heels We Love
These heels look hot with a ladylike spring dress or with a slinky black cocktail dress. Hallie’s also worn them with light wash boyfriend jeans, a silk tie-neck blouse and a blazer for a casual chic dress code.
